My journey in education spans over two decades, rooted in a deep-held passion for helping young people thrive. For six years, I lived and worked abroad, holding diverse teaching and leadership roles in international schools. Navigating different educational landscapes and cultures fundamentally shaped my philosophy of teaching and learning. It taught me that the best education doesn't come from rigid, one-size-fits-all systems—it comes from connection, adaptability, and real-world relevance.
Back home in the UK, my professional background encompasses extensive experience in classroom education, leadership, curriculum development, and staff training. Whether I am mentoring educators or shaping learning frameworks, my goal has always been to elevate the standard of teaching so that both learners and educators feel supported rather than squeezed into a box.
